Hi Jordan,
Just to confirm, the top level details on the recent concession are all correct and reference the current PO in question do they?
Are we just talking about updating the description of the concession? Was anyone from technical involved in coming up with the initial wording that could add a bit of clarity? Not sure how involved Emma or John were on the original.
I know we can ’t book this yet as we need them to accept the concession, but the customer is now chasing for updates and expects the parts as soon as.
Do you need me to do anything with this before you can send over the updated concession? Need me to find the original deviation?

The concession was updated so that the top level detail matched the latest order details etc. However the body of the concession was identical to last time.
It seems as though the customer is raising issue with the detail in the body of the concession.
Do we need to review this detail to see if it is still valid and if it needs some more clarity brought? I was just administrating the concession last time so have no prior involvement or knowledge as to the actual context of the concession request.

I sent this to the customer, with the below response –
Please note the concession is not acceptable and should clearly define the deviation, regardless it was accepted in the past. Reference to previous NCR ’s is helpful although not sufficient.

They have come back with a new concession form to complete. They said that even though they reference previous concessions, each order should be treated separately so a new form would need to be completed. (attached)

Just looking at the customers response to the previous concession:
They seem to just refer back to previous NCR ’s.
If this is something that is doing to be almost a permit opposed to a deviation, I wonder if they would accept us referring to the historic NCR references opposed to raising a new concession on an order by order basis.
Please could you check with the buyer to see how they want to handle?
I have had the above order for part CMCM2414695 – 2229847-01 (BOM attached), and noticed a concession form had been created last time.
I saw your name on the bottom on the previous one, are you the one to complete this for the new order? Do I need to request a new form?
